first ten days
School has only been out for ten days and our summer is off to a great start! So far we have - had a lemonade stand, celebrated half-Christmas, had a picnic in our neighbor's backyard, played and ridden bikes up at the school, had friends over to play, enjoyed a movie night (Sound of Music!!), and had Luke and Alice up for a day.
It's been wonderful! And this is only the beginning...

hi Rachel, I found your blog from the LPM post. I wanted to say hi because I, too, am in the middle of adopting from ET. I don't know how far you are in the process but I know the road is tough. It's so normal to be overwhelmed and to question everything. But if this is what God has called you to, he will not only see you through but he will change you for the better in the midst. He's already changed me so much. We have several years to go, we know, but I still can't help but be excited. I'll be praying for you!
