About Me

My photo
Rachel
I am a stay-at-home mom and I homeschool our kids. And (most of the time!), I love my job. My wonderful husband, Patrick, and I have been married for 21 years and have three kids. Audrey (12) is our oldest and the absolute sunshine of our home. She literally wakes up singing! Liam (10) is all boy. What a joy to experience the rough-and-tumble world of boys through his eyes! And Ethan (6) is our youngest. He's a busy little guy who loves to laugh. In a word - our family is BLESSED - beyond what we could ever have imagined.

Kids say the funniest things...

Audrey - Hey mom, we're kind of like the Brady Bunch family.
Mom - Oh yeah? How?
Audrey - Well I'm like Cindy. Liam's like Bobby. Dad's like the Dad. And you're like Alice!

We were explaining to the kids the other day that the Bible says that Daddy is the head of our household. Audrey wanted to know if that means that Ethan is the toes.
